Similize founder Calvin D'Rozario has always had a passion for creating magic. As a child, it was through mastering magic tricks; as an adult, it's through developing innovative software solutions. Prior to founding Similize, Calvin launched Caltech Capital and worked as a quantitative developer and senior engineer at major tech companies, hedge funds, and asset management firms, including Fidelity Investments and Loomis Sayles, for over five years. He holds a dual degree in Software Engineering and Finance from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Noticing that most website and mobile development platforms catered to large, product-driven businesses, Calvin sought to address the unique needs of service-focused small businesses that grow through building relationships.
As Founder, Calvin brings over 5 years of experiences, scaling profitable technology startups, e-commerce, and enterprise organizations, while driving excellence in business strategy, agility, operations, sales, and company culture.
