The Subscription Model plan is a retainer-based service that offers clients a cost-effective way to access design and development support for their projects. The plan covers a wide range of design and development tasks, including but not limited to website updates, content changes, layout adjustments, adding new features, bug fixes, illustrations & animations, and more.

The minimum subscription commitment is one year. We offer annual plans because Similize is designed to support your ongoing creative needs. With a yearly commitment, you gain flexibility to access any services in your plan and roll over unused credits each month. Our dedicated team will also grow more familiar with your preferences, ensuring you receive increasing value the longer you partner with Similize.

Yes, requests are really unlimited! Once you are our client, you can add as many requests in your queue as you like. Your tasks will then be delivered one after another and you can keep adding more.

The turnaround time for completion of your project depends on the task complexity, but it usually takes us 12 hours to 1  business days to start working on your request. You can also purchase priority support add-on in the checkout and we will jump on your task within 1 business day.

You can communicate with us through various communication channels, depending on the package you opted for. If you opt for a retainer and if you have a premium Slack account, we can onboard you in a Slack Connect channel for support questions and general discussions. For requests (tasks), we have a user-friendly dashboard where you can brief us on the work that needs to be done and follow the progress. If you purchase an hourly package, all communication goes through the dashboard.

Per-project pricing varies based on the specifics of your project, but you will always receive a transparent quote upfront.
